PR & Communications Manager
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 THB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director and the PR and Marking agency in developing a roadmap for effective marketing and promotion of the museum and its programs.
  • Collaborate with the Director to establish partnerships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Assistant Director, the Curator, and other museum staff to ensure communications align with the museum's goals for each program.
  • Craft compelling narratives and messages for diverse audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with media outlets to secure media coverage.
  • Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to create press releases and organize press conferences, exhibition openings, and other promotional events.
  • Develop and manage social media platforms, creating promotional content related to the museum's programs.
  • Handle public inquiries with utmost professionalism, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Manage adverse situations and communicate effectively during crises.

    Qualifications:
  • At least three-year experience in public relations or communications.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and developing digital strategies.
  • Experience in organizing public events.
  • Strong networking and relation-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Imaginative thinking to create engaging PR campaigns.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications.
  • Understanding of unique dynamics and nuances of the global contemporary culture.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Value teamplay and sense of humor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
  • Experience in international organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with contemporary art museum standards and the best practices is a plus.
