PR & Communications Manager
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 THB
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and the PR and Marking agency in developing a roadmap for effective marketing and promotion of the museum and its programs.
- Collaborate with the Director to establish partnerships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Work with the Assistant Director, the Curator, and other museum staff to ensure communications align with the museum's goals for each program.
- Craft compelling narratives and messages for diverse audiences.
- Build strong relationships with media outlets to secure media coverage.
- Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to create press releases and organize press conferences, exhibition openings, and other promotional events.
- Develop and manage social media platforms, creating promotional content related to the museum's programs.
- Handle public inquiries with utmost professionalism, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Manage adverse situations and communicate effectively during crises.
Qualifications: - At least three-year experience in public relations or communications.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and developing digital strategies.
- Experience in organizing public events.
- Strong networking and relation-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Imaginative thinking to create engaging PR campaigns.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications.
- Understanding of unique dynamics and nuances of the global contemporary culture.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Value teamplay and sense of humor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
- Experience in international organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with contemporary art museum standards and the best practices is a plus.
