Responsibilities

Provide leadership within the company's project and construction management department, including leading client discussions and presentations.
Assist the Operations Director in delivering projects, project planning, and manpower allocations.
Act as Senior Project Manager/Project Director for the successful delivery of projects.
Support project teams in executing project work, both from the office and on-site as required.
Plan and manage core aspects of construction projects, including time, cost, and quality management.
Establish and oversee project control systems to monitor progress and performance.
Prepare and review project and construction management reports and documents.
Assist in the preparation of contract documents on behalf of the client and provide contractual administration support.
Manage construction or contractual disputes and facilitate their resolution.
Aid in developing company presentations for marketing purposes.
Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and customers to the company.
Contribute to the creation of company templates, standards, and systems.
Provide mentoring to graduates as needed.
Perform other tasks as required by the Managing Director or Operations Director in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Process Improvement.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
