Responsibilities
- Provide leadership within the company's project and construction management department, including leading client discussions and presentations.
- Assist the Operations Director in delivering projects, project planning, and manpower allocations.
- Act as Senior Project Manager/Project Director for the successful delivery of projects.
- Support project teams in executing project work, both from the office and on-site as required.
- Plan and manage core aspects of construction projects, including time, cost, and quality management.
- Establish and oversee project control systems to monitor progress and performance.
- Prepare and review project and construction management reports and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents on behalf of the client and provide contractual administration support.
- Manage construction or contractual disputes and facilitate their resolution.
- Aid in developing company presentations for marketing purposes.
- Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and customers to the company.
- Contribute to the creation of company templates, standards, and systems.
- Provide mentoring to graduates as needed.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Managing Director or Operations Director in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Process Improvement.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
