Job description:

  1. Report to Senior Manager, manage team 10 persons included Assistant Engineer, Leader, Supervisor and Inspector.

  2. Supervise all inspection data and manpower in QA.

  3. Responsible for SPC&R/M to supervise and analyze all data in manufacture & QA.

  4. Review and manage customer quality requirements and work with customers to resolve and quality issue.

  5. Pay attention to ISO, Safety and environment system.

  6. Coach and train the operator/leader/supervisor on quality principle, methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science (Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemical) or related.

  • At least 5 years in QA or Electronic manufacture.

  • Good command of English and computer skill.

  • Knowledge of 5S, QC 7 Tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

  • Familiar to work with Japanese manufacturing culture.

  • Able to work on Monday-Friday plus 1 Saturday / month.
