Job description:
Report to Senior Manager, manage team 10 persons included Assistant Engineer, Leader, Supervisor and Inspector.
Supervise all inspection data and manpower in QA.
Responsible for SPC&R/M to supervise and analyze all data in manufacture & QA.
Review and manage customer quality requirements and work with customers to resolve and quality issue.
Pay attention to ISO, Safety and environment system.
Coach and train the operator/leader/supervisor on quality principle, methodology and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science (Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemical) or related.
At least 5 years in QA or Electronic manufacture.
Good command of English and computer skill.
Knowledge of 5S, QC 7 Tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
Familiar to work with Japanese manufacturing culture.
Able to work on Monday-Friday plus 1 Saturday / month.
