Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes and goal achievement.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-fill.
- Manage candidate sourcing, job postings, and recruitment marketing across various channels.
- Oversee recruitment data tracking, analyze hiring metrics, and generate reports for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO standards in all recruitment activities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and support training and development initiatives.
- Build and maintain professional networks to strengthen talent pipelines and employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 10+ years of HR experience specializing in recruitment for Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Petrochemical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in recruitment and employment processes.
- Lead and oversee the recruitment team, implementing strategies to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hires, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment databases, track key hiring metrics, and provide reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Conduct employee onboarding, support training initiatives, and build professional networks to attract top talent.
- Good in English.
