Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes and goal achievement.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-fill.
Manage candidate sourcing, job postings, and recruitment marketing across various channels.
Oversee recruitment data tracking, analyze hiring metrics, and generate reports for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO standards in all recruitment activities.
Conduct employee onboarding and support training and development initiatives.
Build and maintain professional networks to strengthen talent pipelines and employer branding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 10+ years of HR experience specializing in recruitment for Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Petrochemical sectors.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in recruitment and employment processes.
Lead and oversee the recruitment team, implementing strategies to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hires, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage recruitment databases, track key hiring metrics, and provide reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
