Sales Administration
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with the production team or customer requests and provide feedback to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and offers.
- Register and operate within the OEM system effectively.
- Manage and maintain Sales KPI and General reporting
Other sales back office administration.
- Process and manage purchase orders (PO).
- Organize logistics operations when required.
- Handle purchase requisition (PR) administration and purchase order (PO) processing.
- Review and verify invoices from suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with OEM systems is a plus.
- Language: Excellent proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
