Sales Administrator - Back Office


Sales Administration

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate with the production team or customer requests and provide feedback to customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and offers.
  • Register and operate within the OEM system effectively.
  • Manage and maintain Sales KPI and General reporting

Other sales back office administration.

  • Process and manage purchase orders (PO).
  • Organize logistics operations when required.
  • Handle purchase requisition (PR) administration and purchase order (PO) processing.
  • Review and verify invoices from suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with OEM systems is a plus.
  • Language: Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
