Responsibility
- Identify and target new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop sales strategies to meet company goals and targets.
- Manage sales cycles, from initial contact to closing deal
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing programs, promotions, and advertisements to drive brand awareness and product/service visibility.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, website, and online advertising efforts.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, or trade shows to promote the company's products or services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in Hospitality Industry) , Food or Golf tour background
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Service mind, Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Very good in English
- Chinese Korean or Japanese is advantage
