Responsibility

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet company goals and targets.
  • Manage sales cycles, from initial contact to closing deal
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs, promotions, and advertisements to drive brand awareness and product/service visibility.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, website, and online advertising efforts.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, or trade shows to promote the company's products or services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in Hospitality Industry) , Food or Golf tour background
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
  • Service mind, Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Very good in English
  • Chinese Korean or Japanese is advantage
