Sales Manager (Cosmetic Ingredient)
Job Scope:

  1. Analyze market trends and competitors with a deep understanding of raw materials and the cosmetics industry to develop policies that support the company's branding and sales strategies.
  2. Develop strategic plans that promote the overall business growth of the company.
  3. Promote the company's products through exhibitions, seminars, and other channels to enhance brand awareness and attract more customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data, assess market risks, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to ensure the achievement of company sales targets.
  5. Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand into new sales channels.
  6. Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Communicate regularly with the production, R&D, and marketing departments to effectively solve any issues that arise.
  8. Provide regular sales performance reports for senior management to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in marketing or the chemical industry is an advantage.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in selling raw materials for cosmetics or health products. Must be familiar with the industry and have a stable customer base. At least 2 years of experience working with large clients and international companies is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  5. Passion for sales, with the ability to work under high pressure. Must be goal-driven and motivated by the opportunity to earn a high income.
  6. Strong negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
  7. High professional ethics, integrity, and a positive mindset.
  8. Strong ability to analyze the market and competitors.
