Sales Manager (Cosmetic Ingredient)
Job Scope:
- Analyze market trends and competitors with a deep understanding of raw materials and the cosmetics industry to develop policies that support the company's branding and sales strategies.
- Develop strategic plans that promote the overall business growth of the company.
- Promote the company's products through exhibitions, seminars, and other channels to enhance brand awareness and attract more customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, assess market risks, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to ensure the achievement of company sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand into new sales channels.
- Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with the production, R&D, and marketing departments to effectively solve any issues that arise.
- Provide regular sales performance reports for senior management to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing or the chemical industry is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in selling raw materials for cosmetics or health products. Must be familiar with the industry and have a stable customer base. At least 2 years of experience working with large clients and international companies is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for sales, with the ability to work under high pressure. Must be goal-driven and motivated by the opportunity to earn a high income.
- Strong negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- High professional ethics, integrity, and a positive mindset.
- Strong ability to analyze the market and competitors.
