Sales Manager (Luxury Car)

Our client is a global leader in the luxury automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and overall profitability across multiple channels.
  • Improve sales and marketing systems, distribution channels, promotional activities, and competitive strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Manage customer portfolios, expand sales channels, attract new clients, and increase market share.
  • Oversee the staffing, training, and development of the sales and marketing team to ensure professionalism and build customer trust in products, services, and the company.
  • Resolve issues and provide guidance to team members and related departments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience and expertise:

  • Industry experience of at least 5-10 years in sales or marketing management roles, preferably in the automotive or related premium product industries.
  • High-end brand knowledge, with experience working with premium or luxury brands.
  • Digital marketing skills, including proficiency in leveraging online platforms, social media marketing, and data-driven strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong sales strategy and management skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Team leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and lead sales and marketing teams toward achieving goals.
  • Expertise in client relationship management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients and corporate organizations.

Market expertise:

  • Understanding of the local market, including familiarity with consumer behavior, especially in the high-end customer segment.
  • Competitor analysis skills, with the ability to analyze competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Event management experience, including organizing premium promotional events such as product launches and client engagement activities.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with confidence, proactivity, and the capability to inspire and motivate teams.
