Sales Manager (Luxury Car)
Our client is a global leader in the luxury automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and overall profitability across multiple channels.
- Improve sales and marketing systems, distribution channels, promotional activities, and competitive strategies to enhance market presence.
- Manage customer portfolios, expand sales channels, attract new clients, and increase market share.
- Oversee the staffing, training, and development of the sales and marketing team to ensure professionalism and build customer trust in products, services, and the company.
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to team members and related departments.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience and expertise:
- Industry experience of at least 5-10 years in sales or marketing management roles, preferably in the automotive or related premium product industries.
- High-end brand knowledge, with experience working with premium or luxury brands.
- Digital marketing skills, including proficiency in leveraging online platforms, social media marketing, and data-driven strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams effectively.
- Strong sales strategy and management skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies tailored to the local market.
- Team leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and lead sales and marketing teams toward achieving goals.
- Expertise in client relationship management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients and corporate organizations.
Market expertise:
- Understanding of the local market, including familiarity with consumer behavior, especially in the high-end customer segment.
- Competitor analysis skills, with the ability to analyze competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Event management experience, including organizing premium promotional events such as product launches and client engagement activities.
Personal skills:
- Strong leadership abilities, with confidence, proactivity, and the capability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Creativity in developing innovative marketing and sales approaches to stand out in the market.
- Effective communication skills, including strong written and verbal English for collaborating with international and local stakeholders.
- Time management and stress-handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
Additional qualifications:
