Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times
- Train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action when necessary
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintains and documents accurate information/data regarding Store Systems specific
- Guide teams through ERP implementations with a specific focus on cloud based ERP platforms
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Skill of negotiation.
- Excellent computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
- Ability to create and maintain inventory reports and manage stock levels.
- Ability to handle transactions and reconcile daily sales.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles to manage expenses and profits.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Good command in English.
- Will be required to work 6 days/week.
