Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times
  • Train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action when necessary
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintains and documents accurate information/data regarding Store Systems specific
  • Guide teams through ERP implementations with a specific focus on cloud based ERP platforms
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Skill of negotiation.
  • Excellent computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
  • Ability to create and maintain inventory reports and manage stock levels.
  • Ability to handle transactions and reconcile daily sales.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles to manage expenses and profits.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Good command in English.
  • Will be required to work 6 days/week.
