Job Description:
- Identify, assess, and select contractors for building system projects, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations to monitor contractor performance and maintain a high standard of quality and compliance.
- Oversee the procurement of materials for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Prepare, organize, and manage all documentation related to contracting, including agreements, purchase orders, and quality assurance records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, continually seeking out and qualifying new vendors to expand the supplier base.
- Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities, including supplier evaluations, project costs, and delivery timelines.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related technical field, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements for building systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
