Job Description:

Identify, assess, and select contractors for building system projects, ensuring they meet required standards.
Conduct regular evaluations to monitor contractor performance and maintain a high standard of quality and compliance.
Oversee the procurement of materials for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
Prepare, organize, and manage all documentation related to contracting, including agreements, purchase orders, and quality assurance records.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, continually seeking out and qualifying new vendors to expand the supplier base.
Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities, including supplier evaluations, project costs, and delivery timelines.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related technical field, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
Strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements for building systems.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
