Job responsibilities:
- Full-process production management of V-belts
- Key technologies and quality control management of V-belt production
- Production team talent management
- Equipment maintenance
- Cost and budget management
- Team communication and regular summary reports
- Production supply chain management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related fields
- 7-10 years of production management experience, of which at least 3-5 years of V-belt or rubber product production experience
- In-depth understanding V-belt production process, including rubber mixing, extrusion, molding and curing techniques.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methods.
- Have excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to settle in Thailand for a long time.
- English is required.
- Experience in working with team cross countries will be given priority.
