Position : Manufacturing Engineer (CNC)
Location : Ban Bueng, Chonburi
Responsibilities:
- Lead or facilitate, execute and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six sigma techniques or engineering tools to achieve process yield, cycle time reduction and productivity.
- Process planning, fixture and gauges design and CNC programming for the manufacturing.
- Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analyses to promote efficient labor and equipment utilization without compromising on quality standards.
- Determine root cause and corrective action analyses for machine or quality issues that arise during production.
- Liaise with customers on development & improvement of process, material and equipment capabilities.
Quality Engineer (CMM)
- Maintain close surveillance of production operations to ensure that scheduled work and material flow is as planned, the proper use of manpower, skills, equipment and facilities and the proper application of methods.
- Provides instructions, guidance, and directions to employees having production and/or procedural difficulties.
- Coordinates and participates in administrative and technical programs such as cost reduction, methods, communications, safety, quality improvements and employee training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field, or relevant experience.
- Experiences in manufacturing process.
- Knowledge in Machining CNC / CMM process or Programming is a plus.
- CAD software or SolidWorks knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge in Lean/Six Sigma.
