Accounting & Finance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Supervisor to join our team! If you have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership, this role is for you.

• Oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Accounting
• Manage financial matters, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, tax planning, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
• Work closely with external accounting firms for timely monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Supervise and mentor AR and AP teams, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 8 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of AR and AP processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in the jewelry industry or trading companies is a plus
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, MS Office (Excel, Outlook), and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
