Job title: Accounting & HR Admin Manager (70-90K)
Responsibility / Job Description
Responsible for bookkeeping, VAT, purchase orders (PO/PR), profit and loss statements (P/L), balance sheets (BS), invoicing, analysis and reporting, processing payments, liaising with accounting agencies, and overseeing audits, taxation, and banking.
In charge of payroll, social security, income tax, recruitment, training, managing the work calendar, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.
Manage invoicing and collaborate with logistics companies and freight forwarders, as well as handle customs processes.
Oversee applications for BOI, ISO certifications, and other necessary licenses.
Support international employees in obtaining visas and work permits.
Identify and select suppliers for various needs.
Undertake additional tasks as directed by Japanese management.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hold CPD
- Over 10 years of direct experience (worked or working in new setups is a plus).
- Proven ability to lead a team in both setup and expansion environments
- Intermediate to business level proficiency of English or Japanese (JLPT N2 - N3)
