Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain full responsibility for the daily operations and inventory management of the finance department, ensuring efficient processes and precise record-keeping.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company's relevant business processes, develop and implement robust financial management systems, streamline and optimize financial procedures, and ensure strict adherence to these systems and procedures.
- Complete all financial settlements, accounting, auditing, and related tasks within the specified deadlines, and generate precise and timely financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations by completing all required monthly and quarterly tax declarations, including P.N.D.1, 1K, 2, 3, 53, 50, 51, and Por.30, within the stipulated timeframes.
- Prepare comprehensive annual audit materials, liaise with external auditors to complete annual audit reports, and fulfill all annual tax obligations in strict accordance with legal requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with banks and taxation authorities, serving as the primary contact for all financial and tax-related matters.
- Develop a well-structured, justifiable budget, maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information, and closely monitor budget implementation to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct thorough cost accounting, perform detailed cost analysis, and implement effective cost management strategies to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, insightful financial management reports to the headquarters finance department, as required, to support informed, data-driven business decisions and strategic planning.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant financial guidelines.
- Experience: o Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Accounting Manager or Accountant.
o At least 2 years of auditing experience with one of Thailand's Big Four accounting firms.
o Proven ability to independently manage a finance department of approximately five team members. - Technical Skills: o Proficient in using various financial accounting software and office software.
o Strong command of UFIDA financial software is highly preferred. - Problem-Solving and Resilience: o Demonstrated ability to handle work-related pressure and address challenges effectively.
o Strong execution skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. - Teamwork and Communication: o Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit.
o Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Language Skills: o Fluent in both Thai and Chinese languages, with the ability to listen, speak, read, and write proficiently.
- Industry Experience: o Candidates with prior experience working in the medical industry will be given preference.
