Accounting Supervisor (Max 80K)

We're seeking for enthusiastic and detailed oriented person to join our client international manufacturer.


Key Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for preparing monthly financial accounts reports and year-ended statutory financial accounts reports.
• To liaise with external auditors, tax agents, legal agents, and financial institutions.
• Responsible Operation is GL, AP and AR, and Tax. In Thailand.
• To Handle Supply Chain Finance Operations e.g.costing structure, standard costing, and Inter-company pricing, manufacturing & costing information/reports.
• Prepare the monthly financial pack comprising the monthly Business Scorecard focusing on major KPIs, Balance sheets, P&L statements, Supplementary Reports, and Supply Chain Information, reconcile and understand the result, and key financial analysis.
• To prepare and support data for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term plans for the Factory.
• To Handle and control company inventories, cycle count, half-year & year-end, and review stock provision & stock write-off.
• To control & maintain CAPEX & Fixed Assets control for factory.
• To participate in and support data for the company's business projects such as NPD/PLM, MI, Cost Saving, and NWC

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5 year experience in Accounting or Manufacturing accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Experience in ERP systems is preferable
• Good command of English.
• Proactive attitude, resulted-oriented, open-minded, and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Ability to motivate/coach team members.
• Good teamwork and leadership.
