Job Descriptions:

  • Ensures timely and accurately record transactions in the General Ledger accounts
  • Set up appropriate control in place in the areas of work
  • Maintain adequate documentation of account booking transaction & account systems and controls
  • Responsible for the invoicing and bill collection system. Set up appropriate process and account booking
  • Responsible for the correctness and completeness of the account booking in G/L system for invoicing and bill collection transactions
  • Manage and control the overdue invoices. Ensure that there is no overdue invoice more than 60 days.
  • Verify refund request forms from Account Receivable Officers
  • Responsible for the campus development fund account. Maintain the list of campus development fund on monthly basis
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation for the AR side.
  • Responsible to set up and monitor the ECA, collection and project accounts
  • Responsible for dealing with parents and provide all supporting as their requests
  • Direct and coordinate the ongoing activities to meet established objectives
  • Supervise the Senior Account Receivable and Cashier in performing their jobs in overcoming problems
  • Effectively manage an assigned staff in a manner consistent with the organizational policies and values
  • Regularly update all the finance and account affairs to the Director of Finance and assist in areas when requested
  • Other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager and Finance Director

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Knowledge in principles of Accounting and Finance.
  • 10 yeras of relevant expereince with 3-5 years of work experience in a Senior position.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead work groups through planning and manage the utilization of resources.
  • Effective English communication skills in listening, speaking & writing.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
  • High level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills which can be used to take initiative and meet objectives.
