Working Days: Mon. - Fri.
Working Location: BTS Ploenchit - will relocate to Lad Krabang next year.
Responsibilities
- Organize, prepare, and manage business and general management documents.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient and smooth internal operations.
- Oversee and manage meeting schedules, including preparation of supporting documents.
- Record and follow up on meeting minutes, including board meetings and other company activities.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, such as booking accommodations and scheduling meetings.
- Liaise with external parties, including government agencies and business partners, as required.
- Handle professional communication via email and phone to support company operations.
- Manage company expenses and oversee reimbursement processes in line with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal. (Japanese skill is preferred)
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, email platforms).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
