After Sales Coordinator

Responsibility / Job Description

• Evaluate incoming warranty claims and manage the repair order.
• Managing the production of service quotes for maintenance request, service bulletin notification to customer and customer service request creation.
• Managing the service bulletin service parts request and outbound shipping for customer onsite implementation ensuring quality and on time delivery.
• Managing and monitoring the monthly after sales & payable service report.
• Works closely with Buyers team and spare parts dept.to ensure the service spare parts requested is delivered on time.
• Work all orders in online service maintenance requests to ensure material delivered to required destination within timeframe requirements & update service TOC logs with regular status updates until part received.
• Provides logistical and commercial support for service related problems encountered in operation and management of GSE Tools and resources when required.
• Support area service managers and area service technicians by providing engineering drawings, logistics and service bulletins work instruction for field implementation when required.
• Monitor product demerit claims and liaise with area service managers, service technicians and engineering dept. to develop solutions for customers.
• Liaise and communicate with service and logistic center (in Europe, Canada, Asia & America) for logistics & shipment instructions.
• Perform root cause analysis for investigations of reported shipment product deficiencies documentation necessary to satisfy customers.
• Maintain and ensure all incoming consignment shipment records and certificates are filed for easy retrieval, correlation and identification.
• Coordinate with the recommended freight forwarders for shipping quote request.
• Coordinate and notify the customer about the incoming shipment delivery.
