Assembly Process Engineering Supervisor (70k)

Overview: We are looking for an engineer who can manage the final assembly process, communicate effectively in English, and is comfortable commuting to the plant site in the Bang Bo area.

Plant production: Antenna Solution and Sensors

Major Responsibilities

1.Leading TLA PE (Final assembly) team

• Team management and coaching
• Daily task assignment and tracking
• Training arrangement for team

2.NPI new project evaluation and import

• Support team to complete NPI task
• Support team to fix new project problems and track the progress
• Ability to coordinate with other departments

3.Mass production project maintenance and problem improvement, efficiency optimization

• Support team solve and improve SOP problems
• Optimized production line, improved efficiency and reduced maintenance cost

4. Maintain and review system documents

• Maintain Flowchart, PFMEA, SOP and other documents
• Make sure team member complete the BIQS files
• Internal and external third-party audit shall be conducted

5. Learn and import new processes and equipment

• Learn and import new technologies
• Learn and import new equipment
• Training and maintenance of new equipment to internal team

6. Customer problem solving and audit correspondence

• Guide team to solve customer feedback problems
• Work as PE contact when customer audit process/equipment
• Assisted other departments to complete customer feedback problem points

Knowledge

• Familiar with assembly equipment such as ultrasonic welding machine, laser welding machine and tin wire welding machine; Locking screw machine, injection molding and other common equipment
• Familiar with assembly process and production process, strong hands-on ability, ability to analyze and solve problems, good organization and coordination ability.
• Have certain knowledge of automatic line body
