Assistance Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Job Description
- Set and achieve annual sales objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with Japanese key account customers.
- Visit current and potential customers to build stronger connections.
- Identify and pursue new customers and accounts.
- Assess current and future market needs.
- Tailor presentations to meet customer requirements with strong presentation skills.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget effectively.
- Frequently travel to visit potential customers.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers, ensuring local pricing aligns with gross margin guidelines.
- Actively participate in negotiations and close sales deals.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Prepare detailed sales visit reports, along with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to identify actions and priorities.
- Provide efficient support to the internal Sales Team for national and international key accounts.
- Monitor payments due and follow up closely with customers.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers and their networks.
- Analyze the regional market and competitive product landscape.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments impacting the market.
- Play an active role in organizing and participating in trade shows and conferences.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Must be able to speak English and Japanese fluently.
- Have an experience in automotive customer.
- Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience.
