Job Description


  • Set and achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Strengthen relationships with Japanese key account customers.
  • Visit current and potential customers to build stronger connections.
  • Identify and pursue new customers and accounts.
  • Assess current and future market needs.
  • Tailor presentations to meet customer requirements with strong presentation skills.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget effectively.
  • Frequently travel to visit potential customers.
  • Prepare and share quotations with customers, ensuring local pricing aligns with gross margin guidelines.
  • Actively participate in negotiations and close sales deals.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Prepare detailed sales visit reports, along with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to identify actions and priorities.
  • Provide efficient support to the internal Sales Team for national and international key accounts.
  • Monitor payments due and follow up closely with customers.
  • Establish long-term relationships with customers and their networks.
  • Analyze the regional market and competitive product landscape.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments impacting the market.
  • Play an active role in organizing and participating in trade shows and conferences.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

  • Must be able to speak English and Japanese fluently.
  • Have an experience in automotive customer.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience.
