Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years' business/lean/operations experience, driving team excellence, and managing people.
- Proven leadership skills (lead, motivation, process and people management skills).
- Passion and commitment to Enterprise Lean Sigma.
- Certified Black Belt and have experience in improvement processes (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Good command of English
Responsible:
- Develop ELS training plans, site's trainers and track progress.
- Monitor the team's progress in applying the Enterprise Lean Sigma techniques.
- Facilitate and support Kaizen events.
- Use the Value Stream Map to establish the baseline process and measure progress.
- Has a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) background.
- Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed.
- Act as a coach and catalyst for the sharing and implementation of best practices across all businesses.
- Perform general management duties exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.
- Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
- Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a regional strategy and team operating plan.
- Assists in selection of teams and individuals to work Enterprise Lean Sigma implementation opportunities.
