Assistant Manager - Key Account - Jewelry
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team to ensure goals and responsibilities are met.
- Provide guidance and facilitate effective coordination between customers and the production team for team members.
- Oversee the overall workload and allocate tasks within the team, especially in urgent cases or when assisting a specific team member.
- Conduct team meetings to update on issues and the status of key customer accounts.
- Control the overall workload and allocate tasks to manage urgent assignments efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leaders to enhance team capabilities.
- Address problems or potential issues internally or based on customer feedback by conducting checks, implementing solutions, and proactively preventing issues.
- Collaborate on process planning with the marketing department and other teams to prevent gaps or recurring issues.
- Act as the liaison with customers in case of complaints to alleviate concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Plan and coordinate proactively with relevant departments for new or special requests, ensuring smooth and systematic operations for the team.
- Plan and check departmental processes to reduce the likelihood of errors.
- In cases of customer order cancellations or modifications, coordinate with the team to limit losses, investigate the cause of the error, and develop preventive measures. If the error is customer-driven, coordinate to recover associated costs.
- Monitor and follow up on the team's performance to ensure adherence to correct processes and resolve any identified issues promptly.
- Track production, quality issues, pricing concerns, or other significant matters to ensure timely and proper action or adjustments.
- Coordinate with customers and upper management on sales terms or contracts to establish appropriate agreements tailored to each customer.
- Verify the accuracy and suitability of documents or requests issued by the marketing department before forwarding them to management or other departments.
- Ensure that work is conducted in a way that maintains positive customer relationships while safeguarding the company's interests.
- Receive sales policies from department managers and implement them as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or key account management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving ability and capability to work effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail and strong planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Positive team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
