Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement sales strategies aimed at expanding the client base and increasing market share, involving activities such as outreach calls, planning client visits, cultivating relationships, and managing prospect databases.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, actively identifying and anticipating new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the project manager in tasks related to bidding, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Contribute to and support marketing projects and events to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain precise sales records, encompassing forecasting and budgeting elements.
• Execute administrative duties, including file management, record-keeping, and report generation.
• Achieve or surpass weekly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• More than 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the sporting goods industry.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Establish connections within the government sector and sports organizations.
