Associate Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring the EIA process in collaboration with a local partner (real estate developer)
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Check design and construction progress with our local partner.
- Propose a better solution to address project delays.
- Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Supervise construction sites and check the building quality.
- Propose better designs to improve building quality.
- Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor.
- Interpret Thai/Eng conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction management required
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineer
- Experience of private residence, mixed-use, condominium building's project management
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and management skills
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
- Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and word)
- Excellent knowledge in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written)
- Strong communication skills - for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, professionals, and workers on site
- Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
