Automation/Control System Engineer (Automotive) - Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Involve in design reviews for manufacturing equipment

• Provide technical leadership in installation, commissioning and optimization of new equipment via qualification and validation processes

• Machine configuration and tune up

• Machine Trouble shooting support

• Support experiment activities in the lab, Ext. lab and production line

• Cross-cultural communication with group team and supplier on new project

• Determines product specifications for the purchase of equipment, materials or parts, according to specifications and quality standards

• Contact potential suppliers for production equipment and supports the final technical choice

• Follows the evolution of the equipment and performs acceptance evaluation accordingly

• Responsible for the implementation of the equipment on the floor from delivery to hand off to production

• Responsible for documentation and appropriate training plans

• Supports day to day production

• Other Duties as related to this position

Qualifications:

• Education: Instrument Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering

• 1 to 3 years' experience in industrial company

• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office

• Need to be able to communicate in Thai and must have a good command of English

• A working knowledge of Logical design

• Have experience in inspection/ manufacturing in automotive

• Have knowledge in Laboratory

• Have knowledge in database management, Robotic or skill of automation industrial, NueroCheck, TIA, UR Robotics
