Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for potential expansion.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Utilize market insights to develop strategies that position the company competitively and drive market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and customized proposals that meet client requirements and address their unique business challenges.
  • Present proposals to clients, addressing queries, and negotiating terms to secure new business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in industry associations to stay connected with industry leaders and influencers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experienced in electronic and automotive is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent command in English, Chinese is a plus.
