Job Description

• Have a deep understanding of various beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, industry innovations, and product launches.
• Recommend our products to customer according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
• Actively promote and sell beauty products to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the beauty counter is adequately stocked and well-presented
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty
• Participate in special events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Provide a unique beauty experience for your clients with our vast product offerings.
• Keeping yourself updated with latest trends and innovation in the world of Beauty.

Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Knowledge of beauty trends and passion for Fragrance, Makeup or Skincare.
• Knowledge of operations.
• Pleasant disposition & well groomed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Language skills in English is preferred and Chinese is a plus.
