Meet the agreed-upon sales targets and gross profit (GP) within the specified timeframe outlined in the KPIs.
Present and promote company products and services to both current and prospective clients.
Possess knowledge and understanding of interior decoration and design concepts.
Skilled in identifying client needs and preferences through detailed consultations, customizing design solutions accordingly.
Provide briefs to the sales support, design, and construction teams to facilitate the creation of quotes and presentations.
Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules between the sales support team and customers.
Collect initial claim information from customers and relay it to the sales support team to complete the claim process.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Lead the project team, coordinating with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate with the accounts department to follow up on overdue payments.
Focus 70% of efforts on acquiring new customers and 30% on managing existing ones.
Able to independently manage projects and ensure their successful completion.
