Responsibilities:
- Report to Regional Business and Commercial team and work independently with cross-functional teams (Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Cost Estimating, Operation, Technical and Engineering) to drive Thailand business growth by focusing major growth initiative with maintenance business portfolio including renewables energy in existing and new markets, new customers, and new solutions.
- Developing and managing strategic relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly to drive major growth initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company business plans together with stakeholders' team.
- Manage and drive Long Term Growth Objectives to deliver expected revenue and profit goals for Thailand.
- Collaborate with existing business partners and establish agreements with new partners to increase volume and size of projects and facilitate achievement of sales targets.
- Provide guidance in the preparation and timely submission of quality, winning estimates, and proposals.
- Support in the preparation and submission of Major and Critical pre-qualification and tender proposals.
- Developing and maintaining local marketing materials including case studies and reference project summaries.
- Update and maintain the internal CRM system to provide effective monitoring for management.
Qualification:
- Male or Female, 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Financial, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development within a service contracting / contractor environment in Renewable Energy, Petrochemical, Refining or Power plant.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance services / engineering services are desired.
- Able to approach and develop new clients and business opportunities.
- Highly motivated and energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English with Thai native speaker.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Able to work based in Rayong.
