Summary Objectives:
The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategies within the organization, ensuring sustainable financial health, regulatory compliance, and leadership in financial planning, analysis, and risk management with experience in the aesthetic, food, and beverage sectors, capable of steering financial health and growth in a dynamic industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and monitor long-term goals, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Present and analyze financial reports for alignment with company objectives, providing clarity for decision-making.
- Financial Operations:
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and investment planning for optimal financial health.
- Manage financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable and internal audits, to drive efficiency.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting process, coordinating with departmental heads to ensure precise forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable recommendations.
- Investor Relations:
- Serve as the primary liaison for investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Prepare investor presentations, manage shareholder communications, and represent the organization in financial forums.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Identify skill gaps, offering training and resources for professional growth, ensuring the team adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years in senior finance leadership, with experience as a CFO or in a similar capacity within mid-to-large organizations, ideally in the aesthetic, food, and beverage industry.
- Skills:Strong financial acumen, cost and internal controls, strategic thinking, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience with Oracle and a banking background is preferred.
