Position Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): will lead all marketing initiatives, including brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis, while ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with the company's business goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Planning
    • Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Plan and oversee media, advertising, and marketing communication efforts to build brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  2. Marketing Budget Management
    • Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
    • Analyze the return on investment (ROI) for various marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
  3. Brand Development and Management
    • Lead efforts to enhance the brand's image, ensuring alignment with target audience expectations and company values.
    • Oversee marketing campaigns that emphasize brand uniqueness and align with core brand values.
  4. Marketing Team Leadership
    • Manage and inspire the marketing team, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and event marketing departments.
    • Develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the marketing team to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
  5. Market and Customer Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Gather and analyze customer data and behavior to inform marketing strategies that meet customer needs effectively.
  6. Partnership and Network Development
    • Collaborate with business partners, such as advertising agencies, media providers, and other stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  7. Digital Marketing and Technology Integration
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate new technologies into marketing campaigns.
    • Develop strategies that leverage social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing to enhance online presence.
  8. Performance Measurement and Strategy Optimization
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization based on results and market changes.
    • Regularly review and refine strategies to respond to emerging trends and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior marketing role, with proven experience in online digital media agency, leading a marketing department.
    • Experience in managing large-scale, online digital media agency, cross-functional marketing campaigns is essential.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing high-performing marketing teams.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
    • Digital Media Agency Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies quickly in response to changing market conditions and business needs.
    • Languages: Proficiency in English, with other languages being an advantage.
