Key Responsibilities:

2. Business Development:

  • Establish, negotiate, and maintain partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with relevant local and international stakeholders.
  • Explore and implement innovative business models to expand our client's reach in entertainment, media, and lifestyle platforms.
  • Lead efforts to penetrate untapped markets while solidifying the company's position in existing markets.
  • Act as a strategic partner in identifying opportunities for diversification into lifestyle-focused businesses that are aligned with future consumer needs.


3. Sales and Marketing Leadership:

  • Oversee the development of sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to drive B2B and B2C revenue generation.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and product/service positioning to maximize customer acquisition and retention.


4. Operational Collaboration:

  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide strong leadership to inspire and guide teams across strategy, sales, marketing, and operations.

Candidate Profile:
Educational Background:

  • Candidates with international education or global exposure are preferred, ensuring a broad worldview and diverse perspectives.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Thai & English skills (conversation, written, spoken, reading)

Core Skills:
