Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the wellness service, including spa facilities, fitness centers, and other wellness amenities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service for VIP guests, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with wellness staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to guests.
- Implement and monitor wellness programs and activities to enhance guest experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Qualification
