Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead and drive sales performance in our export-oriented canned food manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the company's continued growth in international markets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to expand market share and optimize revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure all KPIs related to sales volume, revenue, and profitability are met.
  • Identify and develop new export markets, establish relationships with key distributors, and expand the company's international footprint.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Strategic Planning & Commercial Execution

  • Define and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth in the export sector.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and marketing to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Account & Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and agreements with international clients to secure profitable business deals.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Export & Regulatory Compliance

  • Oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and customs requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation, logistics, and quality assurance meet international market requirements.
  • Stay updated on global trade policies, tariffs, and certifications relevant to food exports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Expansion of new export markets and customer acquisitions.
  • Improvement in profitability and market share.
  • Successful execution of strategic sales initiatives.
  • High customer retention rate and satisfaction.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial sales, export business, or international trade, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in sales management and export business development.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, food safety standards, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
