Job Overview:


The Commercial Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services within the education sector. The role encompasses managing both offline and online marketing activities, including marketing communication, event marketing, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement through targeted campaigns and innovative approaches.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both offline and online channels to achieve business goals in the education industry.
    • Drive awareness and lead generation through innovative marketing campaigns, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

  • Offline Marketing:
    • Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print, direct mail, and in-person events.
    • Collaborate with education partners and institutions to enhance brand visibility in the offline space.

  • Online Marketing & E-Commerce:
    • Manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, PPC).
    • Lead e-commerce efforts, overseeing website content, online promotions, and customer experience optimization.
    • Analyze and track digital performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Marketing Communication:
    • Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
    • Manage the production of marketing collateral, PR, and internal/external communication materials.

  • Event Marketing:
    • Organize and manage educational events, workshops, and webinars to build strong community engagement and thought leadership.
    • Plan and execute marketing activities for conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and event marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media).
