Job Description:

Develop and oversee operational support functions for construction projects (Safety, Security, Inventory Management, QA/QC, and Aftersales) to ensure seamless execution and project efficiency.
Strategically plan and monitor safety operations to ensure compliance with legal regulations and promote a safe working environment at construction sites.
Manage security operations, ensuring proper storage of materials and equipment, while optimizing inventory rotation and cost-effectiveness.
Supervise inventory management processes to guarantee the efficient storage, upkeep, and readiness of tools, machinery, and vehicles for operational use.
Direct and monitor quality control inspections to assist the construction team in upholding superior standards.
Oversee Aftersales operations with a focus on timeliness and budget adherence, acting as a consultant to resolve issues efficiently in alignment with company policies.
Lead and manage departmental staff to maintain productivity and effectiveness in operations.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects and supporting construction operations effectively.
Proven experience in management and problem-solving.
Knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and operational practices.
High responsibility and ability to handle pressure well.
Able to work across multiple sites, oversee construction sites, and travel to provincial locations.
