Job Description:
- Develop and oversee operational support functions for construction projects (Safety, Security, Inventory Management, QA/QC, and Aftersales) to ensure seamless execution and project efficiency.
- Strategically plan and monitor safety operations to ensure compliance with legal regulations and promote a safe working environment at construction sites.
- Manage security operations, ensuring proper storage of materials and equipment, while optimizing inventory rotation and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise inventory management processes to guarantee the efficient storage, upkeep, and readiness of tools, machinery, and vehicles for operational use.
- Direct and monitor quality control inspections to assist the construction team in upholding superior standards.
- Oversee Aftersales operations with a focus on timeliness and budget adherence, acting as a consultant to resolve issues efficiently in alignment with company policies.
- Lead and manage departmental staff to maintain productivity and effectiveness in operations.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects and supporting construction operations effectively.
- Proven experience in management and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and operational practices.
- High responsibility and ability to handle pressure well.
- Able to work across multiple sites, oversee construction sites, and travel to provincial locations.
