Job Description:

Plan and manage construction projects, including schedules, budgets, and costs.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget by setting benchmarks, monitoring progress, and overseeing allocations.
Supervise construction sites, ensuring quality control and monitoring contractors and materials.
Review design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers.
Maintain communication with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to track project progress.
Address unexpected problems during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project teams, including contractors, supervisors, and surveyors.
Prepare monthly expense reports comparing actual costs to forecasts.

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in construction management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders and team members.
Leadership and team motivation abilities.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail for inspections and managing complex contracts.
Commercial awareness and decision-making under pressure.
