Responsibilities:
- Screening and Monitoring: Reviewing and moderating content to ensure compliance with website guidelines.
- Content Approval: Approving content that meets the required standards and flagging or removing content that does not.
- Reputation Management: Maintaining and protecting the online reputation of the business.
- Customer Service: Promoting excellent customer service and assisting in cultivating a strong, positive community around the brand.
- Policy Adherence: Staying up-to-date with and adhering to evolving content policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and diverse content types.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7) and on-site full-time.
- Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is advantageous.
- Fluent in Korean and B2 level proficiency in English (must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages).
