Responsibilities:

  • Screening and Monitoring: Reviewing and moderating content to ensure compliance with website guidelines.
  • Content Approval: Approving content that meets the required standards and flagging or removing content that does not.
  • Reputation Management: Maintaining and protecting the online reputation of the business.
  • Customer Service: Promoting excellent customer service and assisting in cultivating a strong, positive community around the brand.
  • Policy Adherence: Staying up-to-date with and adhering to evolving content policies and guidelines.



Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and diverse content types.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7) and on-site full-time.
  • Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Korean and B2 level proficiency in English (must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages).
